Service Description
Simple Photos, Animal Play, and Art at Badger State Farms in Wisconsin Rapids We will be taking 5-10 simple photos during your time at the farm. This includes basic edits that will be shared with you within 24 hours of your visit. Photos will also be used in farm posts/socials etc. unless otherwise discussed. Along with fall themed art projects for up to 4 guests. These sessions start August 24th-September 19th and again October 5th-October 31st via appointment only. If you want professional photography, please choose the other photography option which is when IllusionWorks Media LLC portfolio https://illusionworksmedia.com will be at the farm capturing images (They will be here Sept 20-30 and Oct 5th-11th for photos - editing times will take longer and have professional camera equipment. Sessions will run up to 1 hour Enjoy a unique interactive experience including animal feeding, playtime, and simple captured memories. Perfect for families, children, and pet owners looking for a rustic autumn backdrop. This package includes up to 6 guests. $15 Extra for each additional guest, pet (up to 2), and art project. To be paid day of service in cash or card for extra processing fee. **If it rains during your session photos will still take place in our indoor areas along with animal play. If the weather is extremely severe, we will notify you and reschedule during another session time. ***All deposits are non-refundable. No shows. Surrender Deposits. If you let us know at least 72 hours in advance, we can reschedule to any other time for an additional $50. Unfortunately, we have costs associated with staffing your experience. ****Backgrounds/photo areas subject to change as more items are sold throughout the season and we redecorate.

Activities & Liability Policy **Effective:** Nov 1, 2022 **Last Updated:** Feb 28, 2026 This Activities & Liability Policy applies to all guests, participants, visitors, volunteers, and invitees ("Participants") attending any activity, event, tour, retreat, workshop, or visit at **Badger State Farms LLC** ("the Farm," "we," "us"). By entering the Farm or participating in any activity, you agree to this policy. 1. Assumption of Risk Badger State Farms LLC is a working farm. Participants understand and voluntarily assume all **inherent risks** associated with farm and outdoor activities, including but not limited to: * Uneven ground, mud, trails, barns, and natural terrain * Weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow, ice, wind) * Animal interaction (scratches, bites, kicks, allergic reactions) * Insects, wildlife, plants, pollen, and farm equipment * Physical exertion or strain Participation is voluntary and at your own risk. 2. Liability Waiver & Release To the fullest extent permitted by Wisconsin law: * **Badger State Farms LLC is NOT LIABLE** for any injury, illness, loss, damage, or death occurring on the Farm or during Farm activities. * Participants **release, waive, and discharge** Badger State Farms LLC, its owners, employees, instructors, contractors, volunteers, and agents from all claims arising from participation, including claims based on negligence. 3. Medical Responsibility Badger State Farms LLC does not provide medical care and is **not responsible** for pre-existing conditions, allergic reactions, or medical incidents. Participants are responsible for their own health, fitness, and medications. 4. Participant Responsibilities Participants agree to: * Follow all posted rules and verbal instructions * Stay within designated areas * Wear appropriate clothing/footwear * Treat animals, staff, property, and guests respectfully * Supervise children at all times (parents/guardians assume all responsibility for minors) Failure to comply = removal without refund. 5. Children & Minors Badger State Farms LLC does **not** supervise children. Parents or guardians assume all risk and liability for minors. 6. Animal Interaction Disclaimer Animals are unpredictable. Badger State Farms LLC makes no guarantees regarding animal behavior and is **not liable** for injuries, allergic reactions, or damages. 7. Property & Personal Belongings The Farm is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property or vehicles.
