Badger State Farms LLC offers intimate micro weddings, elopements, and vow renewals in a peaceful setting in Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin (year-round) and Ashland, Wisconsin (June 20th-August select weekends; September- October - along with the Ice Cave experience select Feb dates).

All events are scheduled in advance and customized based on group size, season, and experience preferences.

• Let us coordinate and lead, customize, and facilitate your on-site experience or off-site experience weekend 

• Optional Add-on Experiences: Scavenger Hunts, Paint Party, Glow Activities, Stretch Classes, Relaxing time in Nature, and guided off-site activities (extensions available to do full weekend activities Friday Night- Sunday mid-day or other customized timeframes), add-on Bridal Party activities/experiences to your package for either location.

How many guests can attend?

We recommend up to 20 guests for the best experience.

Do you have indoor space available?

Yes, our indoor space can comfortably accommodate up to 20 guests.  However, most events take place outdoors.  However, poor weather will allow you to move to our indoor space for backup.  You're always welcome to use this space during your party time.  If you want to set up a tent outdoors, you are welcome to rent one for your event and set up that space for your guests/activities.  We can connect you with a tent vendor if you need help with this.

Can we bring vendors?

​Yes, vendor arrangements can be discussed during booking.  You are welcome to bring your own food or a caterer, if desired (a special permit is required from you to serve alcohol at your wedding).  We do have affordable photography add-on options and full-blown photography packages from our partners.

Do you offer customizable packages?

All packages include items that can be customized specifically for your group.  In addition, farm-fresh maple syrup favors can be purchased for as many guests as desired.

Secure your Date 

Please fill out the form below so we can confirm your date and schedule a time to connect.  Once a 50 percent nonrefundable deposit is paid and the contract is signed, your date is reserved. We would love to make your special day extra perfect.

What Happens If We Cancel Our Ceremony?

A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your date and is non-refundable if you cancel your event.

The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your event date.

• If cancellation occurs more than 60 days before your event, all payments made beyond the non-refundable retainer will be refunded.

• If cancellation occurs within 60 days of your event, all payments are non-refundable, as we have reserved the date exclusively for your event and may be unable to rebook it.

We understand that life circumstances can change. As a courtesy, Badger State Farms LLC will allow your secured date/time to not include a ceremony but will still allow you to use your time for expereinces (make sure to let us know ahead of time, and we will work on adjusting your day).
