Hello, I'm Ashley Heil, Co-Owner of Badger State Farms LLC.

Since 2012, I have helped businesses grow through strategic leadership in sales, marketing, customer experience, digital visibility, business development, and operational growth.  Over the course of my career, I have designed, managed, optimized, or supported more than 200 websites while developing expertise in SEO, AEO, content strategy, customer acquisition, branding, digital marketing, and business growth.

My experience includes leadership and growth-focused roles with organizations such as US Cellular, Verizon, TDS Telecom, and other businesses across multiple industries.  During my career, I achieved performance rankings within the Top 1.26% nationally among more than 216,000 employees and have received multiple professional awards and recognitions for leadership, customer experience, business growth, and sales performance.

I hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA), serve as an Adjunct Instructor teaching marketing, business, and AI-related topics.  Fun fact: I also hold a radio broadcasting license.
