Stay and Play Activities during our Meal Exchange Program

This purchase includes all items below.  Your partnership helps us offer meal programs for all and provide more meals and activities for people in our community.  If you are unable to attend a session you are welcome to have someone attend in your place or any funds from that activity you have donated will go towards farm programs and enhancements.  Thank you!

2025 Meal Exchange and Drop in Events

Our meal exchange program is free to attend we ask that you bring 5 meals to exchange with others or 6 if you would like to leave one to donate to a family who recently underwent surgery, death of family member, or an unexpected emergency arose.  We ask each participant to bring main dish meals that are identical and enough to feed a family of 4.  We are hoping to have a minimum of 10-20 participants, we will have a Facebook group and email everyone each time with what others are bringing so only 1 of each meal is brought. Giving everyone a variety of meals to choose from to take home.

Recipients of our extra donated meals will not be able to receive meals year around as this program is meant for sure term assistance during recovery. Volunteers are welcome if they want to help deliver meals to families requesting meals. All meals are to be dropped off between 5:30-7PM with all meals pickup by 7PM unless otherwise arranged. If you need a earlier drop off let us know and we can store them in our fridge and freezer.

We will have freezer/oven ready containers available for purchase $2.50 each along with Make your Own Soap Station setup for each exchange. 

Activities will be held during each of our meal exchange programs in case you would like to Stay and Play.

Stay and Play activities for 2025 – cost $20 for drop-in class or $200 for the entire season includes 12 Activities.  You are welcome to have someone attend in your place if you are out of town. All funds raised from these programs will help cover the activities supplies. Please invite your friends and help us make these activities a success.

First Thursday of the Month – (No Activities January and June) we will be on mission – A few may be hosted in another Wisconsin Rapids venue depending on weather and group size.

Classes ** Are $5 more if you have not registered for the entire years programs

January – No class or exchange as we will be on mission in the Fiji Islands

February 6th, 2025 – Learn about Fijian Culture

March 6th - Study - Examining self-worth

April 3rd– Baby Play

May 1st – Baby Goat and Lamb Play and Feeding

**June 5th – Goat Stretch and Play or Goat Yoga

July 3rd – No class or exchange as we will be on mission in Africa

**August 7th – African Art – we will be painting Welcome Signs made in Kenya and learning about Kenyan culture

September 4th – Fall Craft and Garden Fresh Dog Treats

October 2nd– Pumpkin Painting

November 6th– Study – To be Determined

November 24th – Thanksgiving Pie Exchange – we will have a list with all varieties. Please bring 2-3 to exchange with others.

**December 4th – Creating Personalized Christmas Ornaments – bring your photos or we can print some for $1 each or if just using materials we supply no additional charge

December 21st – Christmas Cookie Exchange – please bring 60 cookies (same flavor) to exchange with others. Each person will bring home every variety shared
