If a concern appears serious or not treatable with over-the-counter care, we will recommend contacting a licensed veterinarian. Virtual consultations are educational and supportive and do not replace veterinary care.

We will email you/text after booking to setup your time. If you issue needs addressing right away, please text us at 715-869-3223. We can send a specialized invoice link for payment and try to get you in right away. Note this will incur a $10 additional charge for whatever length of appointment time.
Otherwise, we will be contacting and reaching out with 48 hours to setup your consultant time.
