Ensure your rabbit stays happy and healthy with professional wellness exams and nail care at Badger State Farms LLC! Our experienced staff member has raised and cared for rabbits for over two decades, investing over 10k hours in rabbit education/programs, teaches youth how to show rabbits at fairs, and leads all of our in-person rabbit care courses.
Important Note
Our staff members are not veterinarians. For veterinary care, please schedule an appointment with a licensed vet as needed.
Wellness Exam Services Include:
Comprehensive health exam of your rabbit
Nail trimming
During the exam, our staff may provide recommendations for diet or care based on your rabbit’s health. These suggestions are optional, and owners are encouraged to make the best decisions for their bunnies.
Recommended Frequency
Exams and nail care are suggested at least 2 times per year to maintain optimal health.
Booking & Locations
After purchasing this service, our staff will contact you to schedule your appointment date. Appointments available most days at Badger State Farms LLC in Wisconsin Rapids and Badger State Farms Services LLC in Stratford.
Locations with specific date appointments - Ashland, Prentice, and Wisconsin Dells WI.
Depending on location, we may offer a home visit option for an additional fee (must be within 15 miles of one of our locations and will cost extra for mileage and time.

Rabbit Wellness Exam and Nail Trimming Service
Thank you for choosing Badger State Farms LLC for your rabbit’s wellness and nail care needs. To ensure a smooth experience for all clients and rabbits, the following policy applies to all appointments:
Appointments & Scheduling

All wellness exam and nail care appointments are final.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations.

Date changes are allowed only once and must be requested at least 7 days in advance of the scheduled appointment.

Requests made with less than 7 days’ notice or additional date changes cannot be accommodated, and fees will be forfeited.
Animal Behavior & Safety

Rabbits may become stressed or uncooperative. If our staff determines that proceeding would risk the rabbit’s safety, the appointment may be rescheduled or paused at our discretion. Fees are still non-refundable.
Owner Responsibility

Owners must provide accurate information about their rabbit’s health and bring rabbits in a secure carrying cage.

Owners are responsible for following any care recommendations provided by our staff.
