Each kit includes all items you need to hatch chicks successfully.
 
All rental guests will be required to do a 30-minute information session to help ensure their success. If you have previously rented an incubator, you can choose to skip the training.
 
We have a 40+ egg incubatator available as well for $250.
 
Each kit includes everything needed to hatch up to 12 chicken eggs, 12 duck eggs, or 24 quail eggs.
 
Kit includes: incubator, candling items, eggs, and instructions.
 
When reserving, please let us know what month you would like to rent your kit.
 
You can expect the entire hatching process to take between 20-37 days depending on poultry you want to hatch.
 
Guarantee of hatch is not provided. However, we have retested each incubator with eggs from the same birds with high hatch rates before lending out.
 
If you do not have a spot or want chicks, please let us know, and they can come back to our farm.
 
If we sell your chicks - which we will want photos of your group and hatching experience so we can advertise the chicks.  If they are sold within 1 week of returning them to the farm, we will split the sale price and provide the difference to you off your next incubator rental.
 
We ask for a refundable $100 cash or business/school check at the time of pickup, which will be returned once the equipment has been checked back into the farm and tested.
