Come join our evening uncoving the importance of Self Worth. Feel free to join us for our meal exchange activities as well!
2025 Meal Exchange and Drop in Events
Our meal exchange program is free to attend we ask that you bring 5 meals to exchange with others or 6 if you would like to leave one to donate to a family who recently underwent surgery, death of family member, or an unexpected emergency arose. We ask each participant to bring main dish meals that are identical and enough to feed a family of 4. We are hoping to have a minimum of 10-20 participants, we will have a Facebook group and email everyone each time with what others are bringing so only 1 of each meal is brought. Giving everyone a variety of meals to choose from to take home.
